On the evening of May 4th, 24 local artists and 10 European artists (from Germany, Austria, Finland, France, Great Britain, The Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic and Switzerland) gathered for the third year at the “Noche en Blanco” event. Forces were combined to create a lively interaction between the artists and the public space in the traditional and bohemian district of Barranco. Artistic exhibitions were the focus of the urban space throughout the night.    

Performances included French DJ Hanna Hais, Finnish flutist and singer Ulla Suokko, impressive graffiti  created by the Czech artist Pasta Oner, Florian Vuille and David Labanca from Switzerland who performed a clown act, the Dutch Scarlett Hooft Graafland and her photograph exhibition, the jazz trio Yuri Honing Trío also from The Netherlands, Pino Ninfa Jazz from Italy, Klaus Obermaier from Austria, Robert Sochacki from Poland with incredible interactive mapping and mural projections, and a concert by Jim Avignon from Germany. On the main stage representing Peru was Lucho Quequezana as well as the groups Dengue Dengue Dengue and Quechuaboi.

Noche en Blanco, which was attended by more than 500.000 people, was organized by “el grupo DELIVERI”, the municipality of Barranco, and EUNIC Perú.

During the event, EUNIC was highly promoted.  

La noche del 4 de mayo, 24 artistas nacionales y 10 europeos (provenientes de Alemania, Austria, Finlandia, Francia, Gran Bretaña, Holanda, Italia, Polonia, República Checa y Suiza) intervinieron por tercer año el espacio público, en el tradicional y bohemio distrito de Barranco, y le devolvieron a la creación artística un lugar central en el espacio urbano.

Se presentaron la DJ francesa Hanna Hais, la flautista y cantante finlandesa Ulla Suokko, el artista checo Pasta Oner con un impresionante graffitti, Florian Vuille y David Labanca de Suiza con su espectáculo de claun, Scarlett Hooft Graafland  y su exposición fotográfica y el trío de Jazz Yuri Honing Trío de Holanda, Pino Ninfa Jazz de Italia, Klaus Obermaier de Austria y Robert Sochacki de Polonia con increíbles proyecciones de mapping interactivo y el mural y concierto performance de Jim Avignon de Alemania. En el escenario central estuvieron representando al Perú Lucho Quequezana y los grupos Dengue Dengue Dengue y Quechuaboi.

La Noche en Blanco fue organizada por el grupo DELIVERI, la Municipalidad de Barranco y EUNIC Perú y congregó a más de 500.000 personas.

Para EUNIC fue una ocasión de gran visibilidad.
